YOUR EMAIL MUST INCLUDE EVERYTHING LISTED:

✦ Pronouns (*optional)

✦ Instagram Handle

✦ Tattoo: - Provide a brief description in detail of your tattoo idea.

✦ Reference: - Provide more than 1 reference photo of your idea.

(*2-3 clear photos of the body area).

✦ Size: - Please provide the size of your idea (*in inches).

✦ Placement: - Please provide the area you'd want tattoo'd, along with a clear image. (Ex. Right Arm / Left Arm).

✦ Availability: - Please provide at least two days that works best to schedule your appointment.

(*I'm ONLY at the studio on TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS)

✦ Deposit: - A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required in order to secure your appointment.

✦ Once I've responded to your inquiry and received your deposit, I will be sending you an email with the link for my consent form.
